    The sanitated NSAT is a perfectly fermented tobacco with the characteristic that all the bundles or matules contain mostly binder and wrapper and filler in a minimum proportion, this is because, during the sanitized process, most of the small, broken, green, stained, and textured leaves with unwishable aspects are eliminated.
